- managing director assistant organizing managing director's agenda and appointments, preparing required reporting and attracting MD's attention to the timing of different managerial tasks required from them
- Assisting relevant departments in preparing the documents and information necessary for the use of managing director in negotiations, seminars, conferences and management meetings.
- Receiving, delivering, archiving, and preparing all the confidential letters and documents related to managing director
- Managing letters, documents, and all correspondence with MD that need to be viewed and signed by him and distribution of correspondence documents between different departments responsible for managing the orders and following them up at the time specified
- Collecting, saving, and organizing important information, documents, and materials at the discretion of managing director and his consultants to be used in various management meetings
- planning and making replies on the issues raised in connection with water and wastewater in Islamic Parliament and other state institutions with the cooperation of concerned authorities in different departments of the company
- Recording important management notes and instructions in the computer information system, following up their implementation by the relevant authorities, and periodically reporting the results to the managing director.
- Organizing the company's overall budget and cultural credits and planning for their optimal use
- organizing the annual plan to promote the religious status of government employees and their families
