  • managing director assistant organizing managing director's agenda and appointments, preparing required reporting and attracting MD's attention to the timing of different managerial tasks required from them
  • Assisting relevant departments in preparing the documents and information necessary for the use of managing director in negotiations, seminars, conferences and management meetings.
  • Receiving, delivering, archiving, and preparing all the confidential letters and documents related to managing director
  • Managing letters, documents, and all correspondence with MD that need to be viewed and signed by him and distribution of correspondence documents between different departments responsible for managing the orders and following them up at the time specified
  • Collecting, saving, and organizing important information, documents, and materials at the discretion of managing director and his consultants to be used in various management meetings
  • planning and making replies on the issues raised in connection with water and wastewater in Islamic Parliament and other state institutions with the cooperation of concerned authorities in different departments of the company
  • Recording important management notes and instructions in the computer information system, following up their implementation by the relevant authorities, and periodically reporting the results to the managing director.
  • Organizing the company's overall budget and cultural credits and planning for their optimal use
  • organizing the annual plan to promote the religious status of government employees and their families
  • Establishment of effective and regular communication between employees through holding national and religious ceremonies and annual gatherings and providing adequate preparation for it
  • to receive comments and feedback from staff through face to face meetings, opinion poll, feedback boxes, and other possible methods and delivering the messages to management
  • Holding conferences, seminars and grand opening ceremonies
  • Predicting and conducting exclusive interviews and press and television conferences with members of parliament and mass media reporters

  • Developing national cultural programs on water consumption management with the help of water and wastewater companies, and monitoring and evaluating annual corporate PR programs.

  • Contributing to the preparation and publication of monthly and quarterly specialized journals
  • Implementation of by_laws and instructions issued by the Ministry of Energy's Head Office of Security in all the matters related to the protection of personnel, documentation, and monitoring their proper implementation in the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Developing strategic plans for subsidiary companies' security
  • Specifying sensitive jobs and assessing the political and security competence of employees hired for these jobs in companies and subsidiaries, and exercising controls over foreigners employed for or connected to the company.
  • Communicating and exchanging information on personnel protection with other relevant organs
  • Implementing protective and security measures in the workplace in order to anticipate threatening risks and counteract discontent, counter_revolutionary movements, sabotage, and espionage activities.

  • Conducting studies on methods of raising funds and selecting and introducing favorable financing methods, including loans, buyback, participation in production, BOT, BOO, and other methods
  • Developing cooperation strategies with the World Bank, Islamic Development Bank and other facility providers for different sectors of the country's water and wastewater industry.
  • Developing industry standards and follow_up to approve the adopted standards
  • Contribution to the provision and implementation of water and wastewater industry standards
  • Developing plans for the growth and promotion of research and investigation culture in different units of the company to increase productivity
