Economical Surveys and Customer Service

List of duties and responsibilities of the office of economical surveys and customer service is as follows

  • Supervision on the adoption of appropriate approaches in determination of water and wastewater tariffs.
  • Performing economical surveys in context of water and wastewater and determination of pricing criteria, as well as wastewater disposal in addition to supervision on them to be truly applied via water and wastewater companies.
  • Supervision on the establishment and operation of appropriate systems and methods about topographical inquiries, auditions, calculations , junction rights , and installment , in water and wastewater units .
  • Audition and evaluation of customers' satisfaction about water and wastewater companies and under action systems and economical efficiency of available capitals .
  • Supervision on second time audition of customer tenement
  • Investigation and giving idea about special demanders
  • Collecting information and collaborating in catching water and wastewater demands of companies from main users ( military forces , Police , and institutions and organizations which are depended to the government )
  • Performing economical and statistical surveys and providing practical economical models financed by operational payments of the government.
  • Detection and determination of different ways of using financial sources and economical payments aimed for advancing companies' targets .
  • Collaboration in determining the criteria of calculating the price of consuming water and wastewater disposal cost and water and wastewater junction rights .
  • Concentration and updating financial and economical information of companies via established uniform informative systems and with use of management data system facilities .
  • Collaboration with water and wastewater companies in providing contracts of preparing new cities and towns and industrial units.
Main mission of the unit
  • Performing economical and statistical surveys and providing practical economical cost and income models
  • Supervising on working procedures and adopted decisions in the zone of customer services and subgroup incomes
  • Supervising on true and accurate performance of tariffs , instructions , bylaws and etc.
  • Audition and evaluation of customers' satisfaction
  • Investigation and determination of drinking water cost
