Implementing the policies and procedures adopted by the Central Sports Council of the Ministry of Energy

Implementation of human resources programs and training and cooperation in the preparation and development of guidelines and procedures.
Studying the training needs of managers and employees based on the overall goal of formulating and adjusting training programs at different levels of the company
improving the manpower performance of provincial companies and subsidiaries by providing educational services, designing training and operational courses, in_service training, and the provision of appropriate educational technology

putting effort into recruiting and employing elite forces in the industry
Holding and overseeing training courses, workshops, exhibitions inside and outside the water and wastewater sector
incorporation and integration of human resources information in a bank of manpower information in order to create a national database

Monitoring the performance of water specialists in water and wastewater companies
Supervising administrative and educational problems of staff in water and wastewater companies
supervision on how "Paramedics"Plan (Environmental Health) is implemented at water and wastewater companies
managing library and archives issues and company reports and information
Contributing to the implementation of policies and strategies for the classification of occupations and organizational structure in the headquarter and subordinate companies
Enforcement of labor laws, social security and related bylaws and regulations, as well as employment regulations of state_owned companies and employee pay and benefits systems.
Keep track of issues related to staff retirement in subsidiaries
Improving organizational structure by incorporating communicated strategies and guidelines
Classification of subsidiaries
Explaining the process of work in subsidiary units and formulating a system of operations and activities based on organizational indicators and standards
Providing quantitative and qualitative information on the organizational positions and the organization in question
writing job descriptions and communicating it to different units
Defining the requisite qualifications of employees for filling the posts and positions and possessing and updating the quantitative and qualitative information on human resources and their distribution to different organizational positions.
Developing an appropriate organizational structure based on current status and future requirements, documenting and standardizing activities in headquarter and subsidiaries, and overseeing detailed operations.
Creating a database of managers and providing advice to them
Monitoring the activities of subsidiaries on administrative reform programs
Monitoring productivity_related activities, management systems, knowledge management, suggestion system, and new management systems in subsidiaries
supervising the provision and establishment of mechanized systems and appropriate hardware and software equipment required for different units, the development and improvement of existing systems, the application of new technologies to improve efficiency, and planning for the decommissioning of dysfunctional and inefficient systems.
the establishment , operation and use of a significant management information system and preparing reports required by different level of management
Installation and commissioning of an appropriate management information flow system in the company
Incorporation and integration of different information into data banks in order to create a national data bank
Guiding and monitoring the activities of geographic information systems (GIS) in water and wastewater companies
Developing appropriate and advanced methods and providing the necessary instructions using and sharing the views and participation of operators, experts and managers of water and wastewater companies
Protection and supporting of existing software and hardware and taking care of issues related to the repair and upgrading of hardware and software systems
Training employees on newly designed systems and making necessary adjustments according to the results of their implementation
performing all the financial tasks of water and wastewater engineering company including the regulation of accounting books, preparing financial statements, and keeping company's income and expenditure account
keeping company's revenue account, collecting its receivables and debts, checking its balance, and transferring funds from the treasury
Controlling the expenditure of current budget, in accordance with the governing budget rules and other corporate, financial, employment and organizational regulations
Controlling and dealing with the issues related to commercial codes, public accounting, and direct tax law that the company is legally bound to observe
Setting up appropriations, approving the budget and spending it in accordance with the budget headings, and providing comparative budget and performance reports.
Reviewing, approving , and making all payments in accordance with current financial regulations
Accountability to audits and tax auditors and preparation of reports needed when participating in public meetings and general assemblies
Correspondence with the Supreme Audit Court and attending Tax Disputes Resolution Board meetings
Paying the salaries and benefits of the employees fully from the stage of receiving the personnel actions from the recruitment office to the stage of calculating the net pay and sending the money transfer order to the bank
Financial control and supervision over the conclusion of contracts between the company and other organizations
Obtaining imprest funds from the Treasury
Keeping accounts related to the facilities allocated through the budget law notes separately for each provincial water and wastewater company and carrying out the affairs related to the agent bank
Performing the company's accounting activities including recognition and commitment to purchase the company's needed items
fund request for implementation of civil projects or development plans
Requesting deposit funds from the treasury and refunding the deposits of the contracting companies
Obtaining and maintaining warranties and releasing guarantees under the relevant laws and regulations
Implementation of administrative, financial, and employment regulations, transactions and welfare affairs in the company
Contributing to the company's employment affairs , including recruitment, promotion , transfer, missions, leaves of absence, and retirement in accordance with the laws and regulations of the company
Implementation of jobs classification plan, wage system, and employment laws and regulations
Preparing and keeping personnel statistics and information and keeping them up to date
Establishing a proper system for the retention of personnel records and recruitment file
Doing personnel and human resources affairs regarding leaves, domestic missions and missions abroad, contracts, and personnel action orders, according to relevant rules and regulations.
addressing issues related to administrative rights and relations and employment (retirement, treatment, insurance)
Performing employee insurance and treatment plans
Providing welfare services, logistics, cooperative facilities, and required equipment of the company units
Conducting secretariat affairs and distribution of company correspondence
Providing general services required by units such as transportation, installations, and buildings facilities maintenance and repair
Collaborating with the PR department on decorating the company's buildings during formal celebrations andreligious ceremonies.
